The Customer retains ownership of all uploaded data and generated content.

Customer grants QR Batch a limited license to process such content solely for providing the Services.

If the Customer is dissatisfied for any reason with the service, a refund may be requested by emailing [email protected] within seven days of the most recent billing cycle.

QRBatch.app owns and retains all rights to the software, website, branding, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), and documentation.

Customers own their uploaded content.

7. Limitation of Liability

QR Batch's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.

QRBatch.app, its employees, its subsidiaries, and its partners are not responsible for any of the following:

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Customer agrees to defend and indemnify QR Batch from claims arising from Customer Content or Customer's use of the Services.

10. Suspension and Termination

QRBatch.app reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate service for non-payment, fraudulent payment activity, abuse, illegal activity, and/or security risks.

11. Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Jefferson County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. The parties waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, representative action, or collective proceeding.
